Getting the table style when inserting data in word with eg -mata _docx_add_data(doc, 1, 0, ., .)-

I was trying to add the content of a small table into word with -mata _docx_add_data(doc, 1, 0, ., .)-.
However when doing so the table content in word is set with style normal instead of style table.
Is there a way to get a separate style for tables, eg the table style?
