Missing Values in Panel Data

How to deal with missing values in panel data ?

I have working on logit panel data set and some of variables such as Return on Assets (ROA), Export, Sales are having missing values. Please suggest me which one is best to deal with missing data 1) ipolate 2) imputations ?
