Do someone know witch commad/package in stata allows to obtain individual coefficients for a model runs with cmxtmixlogit, so as to obtain individual WTP ?
I am in search of the distribution of the WTP in a non label dicrete choice experiment where the cost attribute have been adjusted by a log normal distribution.
