How to compute the right eigenvectors from a matrix A

hey everyone,

i'm completely new to stata and mata as well, thats why i'm asking a probably trivial question: how do i get the right eigenvectors from a 8x8 matrix that is not symmetric?
i already tried something with eigensystem in mata but im not sure if thats the right way.
