r(3261) error message

Hi,


I'm using the stns command on STATA and I keep getting this error code "3261 non/class structure found where class/structure required?
netsurv():- function returned error
<istmt>: - function returned error

Does anyone know what this means? Sorry I'm relatively new to STATA so I dont understand what the error message means in plain terms.

The error message you received from stns (a user-written Stata package distributed through the Stata Journal as package st0326) basically means that something is wrong down in the depths of that command that the authors of the package did not anticipate. As a result, instead of the authors issuing a meaningful error message, the program continued and Stata eventually issued an error message that would be informative to the developers, but is not informative to the user.

I notice that the output of net sj 14-1 st0326 includes the following

      Support:  [email protected],
                [email protected]

and perhaps writing to one or both of them will lead to helpful advice.
