I wrote a program to analyze the data using nlsur command. I have 5 equations each with price and quantity variables. Along these variables I included seasonal variables to control for any seasonal effect on the demand which I entered as dummy variables. My program ran fine,but when I called the function, stata gave me an error " factor variables and time-series variables are not allowed. Can anybody help me in decoding the error?
