WIOT for Matrix operation?

Hi, I'm trying to use the WIOT data to calculate foreign value added share in each sector's output. As a beginner, I have two questions. (1) How to prepare the data to be used for matrix operation; (2) How to calculate the inverse Leontief matrix? The WIOT data set is shown in the attached screenshots. The module "iot" developed by Professors Emad Shehata and Sahra Mickaiel applies to domestic input output table and assumes different data structure, thus not applicable to my task. I figure it's better to start from scratch. I'd appreciate any help and guidance as to how to approach this. Thanks!

I have also downloaded input-output table from WIOD, but it seems to be different from yours.
