Graph title text using y-hat symbol

I have read the manuals and cannot find any reference to using the y-hat (ŷ) symbol in the graph editor. I have been able to add e-hat (ê), but only this one - y-hat appears just as 'y'. Any ideas?

Stata graphs do not support Unicode. Statacorp is aware of the demand for this feature. ê is among the characters supported, but ŷ is not. You can see which symbols are available for use with
