Hi, using the amacurdy estimator (xthtaylor option) always comes the message "All panels must start at the same time period", although my panel is strongly balanced without missing values in first time observations. So, how to do for all panels start at the same time period? Please, do you know a command to prepare the database in order to use amacurdy estimator?
