Confirmatory Factor Analysis STATA 10

Hi all, We are conducting a scale validation and we want to perform a confirmatory factor analysis (Or Structural Ecuation Modeling {SEM}).

We have seen that in other publications using the LISREL 8.8 program, but we want to know if it is possible to perform this analysis using STATA (version 10.0) with the confidence that the results will be the same

If the replies didn't answer your question, I think you need to spell out why and revise the question.

Otherwise the answer clearly is: if you ask the same questions of different software, you should get the same answers, or there's a reason why not. No, that's not helpful, but the question is too general to allow much else.
