logit regression with time series data

Hello, my name is Iris, I'm new to this forum and I have a question concerning stata.
I have stata version 12, and I would like to do a logit regression but with time series data (I have data for 10 years).
I know that in stata 13 you can do so with the xtoprobit command, but is there any way to do a logit regression with panel data in stata 12 too?

xtlogit was available in Stata, Release 12. In Stata's command line, type help xtlogit.
