Hello,
My co-advisor and I are running the exact same traj command on the same dataset in Stata 17, but we are getting different results, including different intercepts and group memberships. The BIC and AIC values are also slightly different, and both results show a warning about the variance matrix being nonsymmetric or highly singular.
Does anyone know what could be causing this discrepancy?
Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you.
