How do I add a vertical line at (0,100) such that is overlays the histogram I am trying to create?

This is the code I am using:

histogram api, freq discrete ylabel(0(5)80) xline(100, lcolor(red) lwidth(medium) lpattern(solid))

But the line is under the graph not over. I want a vertical line at y=100 to demonstrate a sort of benchmark value at 100.
