Stata crashes opening data editor

I've been having a problem with Stata 16.1 in Ubuntu 24.04. It crashes when opening the data editor. Other functions seem to work well

I would address this question to: https://www.stata.com/support/tech-support/ and see if they can help (your Stata release is a bit old, though).
