Significance of wage gaps between the Heckman model and Oaxaca

Hello everyone,
I need your help to try to give an explanation on a specific topic. I am estimating the wage gaps between men and women for Ecuador, for which I use the Heckman model and my results are not statistically significant. However, when I estimate with a model for Oaxaca it is significant, what could be the explanation?

without posting what you typed and what Stata gave you back (as per FAQ), the trivial (and clearly unhelpful) reply states that different inferential tools may return different results.
