Errors in SSC source

Some packages whose name start with "o" hosted on http://fmwww.bc.edu/RePEc/bocode have met problems in installation.
This website wrongly put those package files in Index of /RePEc/bocode/m/o, which should be in http://fmwww.bc.edu/RePEc/bocode/o.
Thus, when I use command like "ssc install outreg2", the error occurs, says that:
file http://fmwww.bc.edu/repec/bocode/o/stata.toc not found
http://fmwww.bc.edu/repec/bocode/o/ either
1) is not a valid URL, or
2) could not be contacted, or
3) is not a Stata download site (has no stata.toc file).

Fixed, thanks. I have a routine (thanks to Nick Cox) that checks for these problems, but I hadn't run it after last updates were made. Sorry for the inconvenience.
