Your question has gone unanswered for over 12 hours now. I think this is because your question is too vague and general. Please read the Forum FAQ for excellent advise about how to ask questions so as to maximize your chance of getting a timely and helpful response.
In particular, you need to say more about your data: there are so many different things that match your description "primary data multiple answer question." And show example data, using the -dataex- command to do so.
Even "in regression" is vague: what kind of regression? What is the outcome variable and what are the predictor/explanatory variables?
And what do you mean by "how we can handle?" Do you have general theoretical concerns about an appropriate analysis for this type of data? Or do you have a specific analysis in mind, but need help coding the data management of regression itself in Stata?
The more you tell others about your problem, the more helpful they can be in response.
