Is it advisable to use Pooled ARDL or Pooled Means Group for a dataset of n = 11 and T = 25?

I wanted to know if it's advisable to run a a pooled ARDL or PMG model for a dataset that's n = 11 T = 25? Do I have enough time periods or will be it underpowered and inefficient?
