Replication of Dell et al., 2012

Hello, i want to replicate the Tables 2-6 from the Paper Temperature Shocks and Economic Growths for my Thesis. However it doesn't work because i always get errors. To recreate the Figures is no Problem since i already installed the commands cgmreg and mmerge but Table 3-6 wont let me seeout properly because everything is just squeezed in one column or the code doesnt work at all because of errors like varlist is invalid.
