HOW TO RUN : Counterfactual Decomposition to Analyze effect of different factors individually

I am required to calculate counterfactual GDP per capita to see the individual effect of labor augmenting technology level, human capital per worker, capital-output ratio, working age population and labor force participation rate.

I have data for all the factors from 1991 to 2015 without any missing values. I am also required to display this using a graph.

How to go about this? Which commands to run?

As an aside, it is nearly impossible to deal with this kind of statistics successfully without a solid knowledge of the underlying theory.

I'm sorry for the inadequate information. More that I can add to this is that I have to use counterfactual decomposition method for growth accounting analysis.
