moran's I test

I tested Moran's I test with the command:

spatwmat, name (WY) xcoord (lon) ycoord (lat) band (0 150)

spatgsa fdi, weights (WY) moran

But when I change any distance band value from (0 150) to (0 4), it only gives the same result.

How to solve the problems?

At a very wild guess your data is for Wyoming and you have about 10 data points. What are their latitudes and longitudes?
