Analysis for noninferiority randomised controlled trial

Dear community
I am working on the analysis of a RCT- non-inferiority.
Is there a command specific to compare a binary outcome with specified margin for non-inferiority as a graph or confidence interval ( one sided).
How do i perform the once sided confidence interval to show the effect size is inferiority comparing the active and the new drug. for a binary outcome and continuous outcome using stata
