Diagnostic Score Midas Interpretation

Hi! I have conducted a meta-analysis and created a plot for diagnostic score and odds ratio using the command:
midas tp fp fn tn, id(author) ms(0.75) ford fors bfor(dss)

Can someone please help me interpret what the diagnostic score means?
