Dear StataList users,
I have a rather strange question. I used to be able to change the colour setting on by right-clicking on e.g. the History window, click Preferences and then change the colour scheme. This still works for for the Results window. However, for some reason I do not have any option to change the colour scheme either in the General preferences or under Preferences > Window > Viewer/Do-file Editor/Data Editor/Command/Variables/History.
For Do-file Editor/Data Editor/Command I have a drop-down menu to change the font, but not the colour scheme. I used to have these options but they disappeared. See attached screenshots for an example.
Does anybody know how I can get back the drop-down menus to change the colour scheme (or any other idea)?
I use an Apple M3 Pro and StataSE 18.5.
Edit: I have re-installed Stata already. That did not solve the issue unfortunately.
