  • How to Calculate AGFI in STATA?

    I found a way to calculate GFI. How can I calculate AGFI in STATA.

  • #2
    I take it you are talking about the goodness of fit index (GFI) and the adjusted goodness of fit index (AGFI). Have you looked at the documentation for estat gof yet?

      Yes I did. But it does not give me GFI and AGFI.

        Looks like as of 2020 the best way is to calculate those indexes yourself. https://www.statalist.org/forums/for...gfi-nfi-in-sem

          This old post is just for GFI. I need to calculate AGFI. Anyone who can help me with it?

            Google can do it.

            AGFI = (1 - k(k+1)/2*df(test))*(1-GFI)

            where k is number of variables.
