Stata 14 - Stata 18 - Different results

Dear all,

I just want to ask if it is ok to have slightly different coefficients with 2 Stata versions (14 and 18). The difference is not very big, just 0.01 or less. Is it possible or am I doing something wrong (because I am using different computers for each Stata version).

Marry, it will be challenging to check without an example. If possible, you can describe the analysis and commands used. Ideally, provide us with an example, and we can run it.

Tiago Pereira Thank you for your answer. I figured out the problem. I was using one additional variable in one of the two versions. Sorry for this. In fact, the 2 versions give exactly the same results.
