Hello,
I am preparing to use survival analysis to examine some potential baseline risk factors associated with mortality in a longitudinal sample. I hoping to use a Cox proportional hazards model with random shared frailty terms to account for household-level clustering (as I have both children and their caregivers in my sample).
I wanted to ask if anyone knows how to test the proportional hazards assumption for a Cox model with shared frailty. I have tested it using the Schoenfeld residuals for a standard Cox PH model before, but I'm not sure if this will work here.
Thanks in advance,
Maria
