Synth_runner with penalization

Hi all,
I'm using synth_runner to estimate the sector specialisation of regions after the creation of competitiveness clusters. Is it possible for certain treated units to remove certain donors from the pool?
I have region/sector pairs. For each region/sector pair treated, the donor pairs should be from the same sector, possibly by calculating penalties. For example, for the Region 1 / Sector 1 pair, it would be necessary to take into account the characteristics of Sector 1 in the other 98 regions.
