I am implementing Matthew J. Baker's bayesmixedlogitwtp command to estimate the parameters of my model having alt-specific vars and case-specific vars. I have the summary statistics of draws. Now, I am interested to do the following:
(a) Estimate the parameters in the odds-ratio scale (I have tried "bayesmixedlogitwtp, or" after running the model. But Stata says "options not allowed")
(b) Find out the marginal effects (just like we use "margins" after clogit)
(c) Any other postestimation commands that may be useful to evaluate welfare measures?
