please i need to use psmatch2 for Propensity sore matching.
Independent variable is governance Dummy variable and Dependent variable is freezing dummy variable
Actually need to follow this paper they have the same independent and depended variable they mention in their paper " each freezing is propensity-score-matched (based on funding status, return on assets(assets),two-digit SIC and year dummies)
so i would like to ask what could we make the matching for the dependent variable , so is this code is correct
psmatch2 Hard_Freeze Fund_Status Return_on_assets Firm_Size i.SIC_WRDS_2 i.year
or it should be one independent variable
psmatch2 csopresence1 Fund_Status Return_on_assets Firm_Size i.SIC_WRDS_2 i.year, out (governance)
