Help installing GAM on Windows 10 machine

Hi after various attempts I'm getting the following error when I try to run gam

.gam F1 WBTotal
GAMFIT failure, C:\Users\MYIDnumber\ado\plus/g/gam.exe not found


This is after playing with commands as follows:
copy "http://fmwww.bc.edu/repec/bocode/g/gam.zip" "`c(sysdir_plus)'g/" , replace unzipfile "`c(sysdir_plus)'g/gam.zip" , replace and changing the / to a \ I couldn't get gamfit.exe anywhere else. Much appreciated to get some form of GAM analysis running on my machine. Thanks

Ok looking here it looks like there is no GAM in STATA at the moment https://www.statalist.org/forums/for...-to-gam-module
