Problem installing Polychoric PCA

Good day all.
I am trying to install polychoric pca on Stata 15 (by Stas Kolenikov) but I have not been able to. I have used the link suggested by users (e.g. Nick Cox):

This works for me. If you try again and don't get better results, you may need to talk to local IT professionals about internet settings on your system.
