Hello,
I am interested in creating calibration plots for an accelerated failure time model using Stata 16.1. I found the package “pmcalplot” and have read the “help pmcalplot” documentation. In that document there is an example of how to create a plot for a Cox proportional hazards model. I am trying to determine if this package is made for use with accelerated failure time models as well? In the Cox PH example, they plot the predicted event probabilities and include the linear predictor to get performance statistics, both of which I could obtain through the “predict” command after modeling with Streg (predicted event probabilities calculated as 1-S(t)). I just wanted to confirm if this will give the correct results for an AFT model.
Is anyone familiar with this package and if it can be used for AFT models?
Thank you!
