getcensus package --> unknown function ustrregexra() error

Hello All;
I wanted to check if you could help me.
I am using stata 13.1
I have downloaded getcensus package
I am trying some example codes in the help section of the package and am repeatedly getting the same error

Ex: getcensus S2701

I repeatedly get the same error:

********************************
unknown function ustrregexra()
r(133);
********************************

Not sure how to fix it.

Please help.

Unicode regular expression functions were introduced in version 14, so the author of the program needs to add at least this version at the top of the program. Additionally, please note that when mentioning community-contributed commands, it is advised to indicate their provenance (FAQ Advice #12).
