Guidance on Estimating SVAR Model with Seasonally Adjusted Variables Expressed in Growth Rates

Dear all,

I am currently working on estimating an SVAR model that involves three variables. These variables are seasonally adjusted and are expressed in growth rates. I am wondering whether to include an intercept in this SVAR model.

Would the inclusion of an intercept be advisable under these conditions, or should the model be estimated without one?



Any insights or recommendations based on your experiences would be greatly appreciated.
