compare distribution, inequality , ineqord, firms data, horiziontal and vertical segregation

Good Wednesday everyone,
i have microdata of company workers.

I would like to compare the distribution of women and men in a company by:
- company area
- level
- type of contract

To see if there are inequalities and, in particular, horizontal and/or vertical segregation of women.

I came across the ineqord command, has anyone used it or could advise me on what approach I could use to achieve my goal?

I intend to achieve something similar to the Gini index, but I have no continuous variables
