I want to do a TSCS-analysis with Stata for that I would like to use the tsset command. I have over 20 countries (and the parties in government) from the years 1990-2018. When I use the command tsset countrynumber year the error occurs: repeated time values within panel because sometimes there are more than one party in government leading to multiple observations per year per country sometimes. It is an unbalanced data set. I do not know which command I can use to tell Stata that my variables are pooled but that is "okay", so that I can do an TSCS with multiple observations per years sometimes.
The data looks like this:
I hope someone can help me because I am quite new to Stata.
Best regards
