Good evening everyone, I am conducting a study aiming to assess the impact of attending an urban/rural school on the academic performance of students in reading and mathematics at the end of their schooling. I intend to use the propensity score method for this purpose. However, I am facing a problem as my data is for a single year but is hierarchical at two levels, namely the student and the school levels. In the literature, there is mention of propensity score in a multilevel model. I have some knowledge of multilevel analysis, but I am unsure how to combine the two techniques to obtain more robust results. I would greatly appreciate your assistance.
