Do file won't load

I just migrated from Stata 14 to Stata 18 Basic Edition. I noted that my do files (that used to work in Stata 14) won't load in Stata 18. Am I missing something?

We need more information -- what do you mean by "won't load"? Is your current working directory the same directory as the do-files? Can you open the Do-file Editor, then File/Open, navigating to where the do-files are located?

Do files are just text files, so you should be able to open them in any text editor. Unless you meant something different, which Stephen has prompted you to elaborate on.
