Update on SSC to -mvprobit- (multivariate probit regression)

With thanks as ever to Kit Baum (SSC maintainer), there is a new version of -mvprobit- on SSC. This squashes a rarely-encountered bug in the replay functionality that a Statalist user found. Thanks to Jeff Pitblado (StataCorp) for telling me about the bug and how to fix it.
