I used metan to create this plot
How can I edit this forest plot to prevent the points of estimation from overlapping

The extreme differences in sample size in this analysis makes it difficult for metan to scale the boxes correctly. However, adding the option boxsca(45) reduces the box size sufficiently (i.e. by 45%) for there to be no overlap.
