Subgroup analysis after multiple imputation

Dear all,

I'm currently run a subgroup analysis after multiple imputations, and I want to know the difference by gender,
so I used the following code

  mi estimate: regress BMIzscore i.arm##i.gender

Normally in the subgroup analysis I would use the margin plots,
however, the pooled imputations doesn't alow me to do so,
does anyone have any further suggestions on this?

not sure exactly what you want, but see the user-written mimrgns command; use -search- to find and download; then see

help mimrgns
