I am using panel data with 343 units and 2527 time period. While running dynamic panel model, I am encountering the error "matsize too small". I have increased the matsize to 800 still, the model is not running. Kindly help.

in your Stata will you the absolute limits. At a guess your Stata has upper limit of 800 x 800 for matrix size.

Your options are. I think,

upgrading to a version of Stata that will support your calculations

possibly using a different command (you don't say which command you're using)

writing your own code that avoids Stata's matrix language

switching to other software.
