Hello
I've been having trouble trying to show the continuous association between a variable and long term risk of an outcome using the restricted cubic spline curves in Stata 18 using the makespline function.
I have the following variables: LAVi_max (left atrium size) and my outcome variables are: Heart_failure_FUP (follow up in days) and Heart_failure_FU (event yes =1; no = 0).
Ideally I would like to make a curve similar to the following with the X-axis being my the value of interest (LAVi_max) and the Y-axis the being the incidence rate of my outcome.
Thank you very much in advance.
