I have a large loop where repeatedly load part of a dataset, do something, save the part, and then append all the parts. I am storing files as tempfiles.
Can I expect significant improvements in speed moving to frames for such an operation? My hunge is that repeatedly opening the dataset is a bottleneck that frames could help surpass but I have been a bit lazy to learn it.
