How to create a map by zip code

I am trying to create a map in Stata showing breast cancer incidence (Incidence) and Mortality (Deaths) of Black (Black), Hispanic (Hispanic), and White (White) women in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. I have the data set I need to create the map, but I am not sure which commands to use to make the map come to life. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
