  • Romer database

    Hello everyone,

I want to replicate Romer's paper: Romer, C. D., and D. H. Romer. 2004. A new measure of monetary shocks: Derivation and implications. America

but when I put bcuse romer2004 I get an error and I can't get the base. Can someone help me and tell me where I can find the base of the paper please.

    Greetings

I do not use the command bcuse from SSC, as you are asked to explain in FAQ Advice #12. Datasets from papers published in the American Economic Review can be accessed through a link provided by the American Economic Association. However, you will need to register first to log in and download. You can find this at https://www.aeaweb.org/articles?id=1...02828042002651 under "Additional Materials".
