Synthetic Control Method (SCM)

Dear STATA users,

I am trying to install the command of SCM but it shows error,

ssc install synth, all
ssc install: "synth" not found at SSC, type search synth
(To find all packages at SSC that start with s, type ssc describe s)
r(601);

Please help me with how I can install it.

I am running on Windows 10 and I have STATA 14. I used SYNTH in March 2022 but now it's not working and shows an error.
