I'm trying to run Cox survival models using a nested dataset (i.e., timepoints nested in each student ID, students nested within schools, schools then nested in districts). I'm having trouble figuring how to specify this in my stcox command. I've been recommendations that use strata or cluster options for nested datasets, but have not seen any suggestions when there are more than 2 levels in a dataset. I'd appreciate any insight into this!
