Hi,
I'm running a three-level mixed model on longitudinal data.
I'm testing whether there's a mindfulness intervention has an effect on 9 variables (depression, anxiety, stress, attention...)
Level 1: repeated measures
Level 2: students
Level 3: classroom
Now i'm currently working on model selection via lrtest by adding random intercepts/slopes and interactions.
Am i supposed to choose a different model for each of the 9 variables or can i choose one model for all variables?
Unfortunately i found no answer on this question in textbooks nor the internet.
If i choose a seperate model for each variable it gets really tricky to display the results in a table.
Thank you
David
